The program
Volition Technology Consulting operates travel and empty-leg flight alerts by SMS through its two consumer properties, BLKNomad and FlyPrivateBack. Subscribers who opt in receive time-sensitive notifications when a matching trip or discounted empty-leg charter becomes available. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
BLKNomad and FlyPrivateBack are properties owned and operated by Volition Technology Consulting. They are not third parties.
How to opt in
Enrollment is by prior express consent. You provide your mobile number and tick the consent box on the alert signup form at blknomad.com/alert or flyprivateback.com/alert, agreeing to receive recurring text messages. No purchase is required, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
This is a recurring messaging program. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month, plus occasional confirmations (such as when you opt in or out).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Check your plan for details.
Opt-out and help
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is excluded from any information sharing; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
