Volition Technology Consulting LLC (“Volition”, “we”) is a technology consultancy in Owings Mills, Maryland. This policy covers volitiontech.com and the consumer properties we own and operate: BLKNomad and FlyPrivateBack.
What we collect

- Alert preferences such as destinations, routes, travel styles and budget, so the alerts we send are relevant.
- Basic usage data from analytics, used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
To operate the service you asked for: sending the travel and empty-leg alerts you opted in to, responding to enquiries, and improving the sites. We do not sell your personal information.
Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is excluded from any information sharing; this information will not be shared with any third parties. BLKNomad and FlyPrivateBack are properties owned and operated by Volition Technology Consulting and are not third parties.

Service providers
We share information only with the providers that deliver the service — messaging, email delivery, hosting and analytics — and only as needed to operate it.
Your choices
