These terms govern your use of volitiontech.com and the consumer properties operated by Volition Technology Consulting LLC — BLKNomad and FlyPrivateBack. By using the sites or opting in to our alerts, you agree to them.
The alert service
We send travel and empty-leg flight alerts to people who opt in. Alerts are provided for information only. Availability and pricing are set by third-party charter operators and travel providers, change without notice, and are not guaranteed by us.
SMS programme
If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages about travel and empty-leg alerts. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Full detail is in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
Affiliate relationships
Some outbound booking links are affiliate links. If you book through one we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes the price you pay and does not determine which deals we send you.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the sites: no scraping for resale, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no use of our content or marks without permission.
No warranty and liability
The sites and alerts are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Volition Technology Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the sites or reliance on an alert.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
