This policy explains how Volition Technology Consulting ("we," "us") handles information in connection with its SMS text-message notification program. It applies only to the mobile phone numbers of people who have opted in to receive our text messages.

For this program we collect only the mobile phone number you provide, along with your consent to receive messages and a record of your opt-in and any opt-out. We do not collect this information from third parties, and we do not purchase phone numbers.
How we use your information
We use your mobile number solely to send the notification messages you signed up for — for example, periodic account balance and transaction summaries. We do not use it for advertising or marketing.
We never sell or share your number. Mobile information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. It is used only to operate this messaging program.
Service providers
We use a messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver the texts on our behalf. Your number is disclosed to that provider only to the extent needed to send the messages, and it is bound to protect the information. No mobile information is shared with any party for its own marketing.
Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies by program and is typically recurring (for example, twice monthly). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance.
Data retention and security
We retain your number only for as long as you remain opted in and as needed to keep records of consent and opt-out. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect the information from unauthorized access.
